At PixelClub, we aim to provide an exceptional experience through high-quality equipment, comfortable facilities, and engaging events. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions and procedures for refunds of services, memberships, and events.
1. Refund Eligibility Period
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days from the purchase date. Exceptions may apply for event cancellations or technical issues caused by our equipment or systems.
2. Eligible Services and Products
- Membership fees if minimal or no usage has occurred.
- Event passes or tournament fees when events are canceled or rescheduled and attendance is not possible.
- Prepaid computer station hours that remain unused.
- Gaming packages or bundles that have not been activated or redeemed.
To qualify, purchases must be within the 14-day period and services not substantially used.
3. Non-Refundable Services
- Hourly usage fees once the session starts.
- Day passes after check-in.
- Promotional or discounted packages marked final sale.
- Customized or personalized services.
- Food, drinks, or merchandise purchased at the club.
4. Technical Issues
Refunds or credits may be offered if:
- The issue is caused by our hardware or software.
- The problem cannot be resolved during your session.
- Sufficient details about the issue are provided.
Issues caused by personal devices, incompatible software, or failure to follow instructions are not refundable.
5. Membership Refunds
Refund requests for memberships are considered if:
- Requested within 14 days of purchase.
- Benefits have been minimally or not used.
- Proof of purchase and account details are provided.
Refunds may be prorated based on usage.
6. Event Cancellations
If the club cancels an event, members may:
- Receive a full refund.
- Transfer the ticket to a rescheduled date.
- Apply the amount as credit for other services.
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the cancellation notice.
7. Accidental Purchases
Refunds are available if:
- The purchase has not been used or redeemed.
